Return Eligibility
You may return products within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise stated. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. If the product arrives defective or damaged during shipping, please provide clear photos as proof.

Return Procedure

Request a Return: Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

Return Approval: We will review and respond to your request within 1–2 business days.

Return Instructions: Upon approval, you will receive the return address and detailed return instructions.

Shipping the Return: Please send the item back within 15 days of receiving return confirmation and provide the shipment tracking number.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a product defect or incorrect shipment, we will cover the return shipping fees.

For returns based on personal preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, contact us for assistance.
